Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have a change of mind & wish to return your item it will incur a (10%) admin restocking fee this fee covers the initial freight to you any time preparing & receiving your order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To return your product, you should mail or drop off your product to: 114 Kapiti Road, Unit M, Paraparaumu, Wellington 5032, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item If it is a change of mind or remorse. If item is faulty on arrival or wrong item has been received return shipping cost will be paid by Topdon NZ. 
We will send you a return courier label via email to download & attach to the return.
Customers are responsible for returning any warranty item at there cost for warranty service if falls outside the the faulty on arrival period. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
