    Issue with factory software not being released for my make of motorbike.Dan contacted me once I alerted him. Manufacturer issue with software released dates
    Dan offered full refund as he couldn’t give release date. Up front company great service. Will keep eye out for updates in future on product

    The unit worked well on my motorcycle once I figured out that it was ignition on, but engine off. I thought the $99usd annual fee was only for multiple makes, and this was not very clear at time of purchase. This makes the unit uneconomic to purchase, as it will never pay for itself.
